Dr Doug George, Director of Crop Consult, is a scientist and researcher with extensive experience in plant breeding, genetics, agronomy and sustainable agriculture. He has 23 years as a senior lecturer in Crop Science at the University of Queensland, Gatton campus, and previous experience as plant breeder/geneticist with the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry.
